Talent Upside is currently free during early access. We are not accepting paid orders, so there is no charge to refund for a current early-access report.
If paid reports become available
Before any future purchase, checkout will identify the payment provider and the terms that apply. If Paddle processes your purchase, refund and withdrawal requests will be handled under the Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy applicable to that transaction, together with your mandatory consumer rights.
Eligibility, any applicable request period and processing depend on those terms and applicable law. Paddle is not currently processing payments for Talent Upside, and paid checkout is not open.
For a future purchase processed by Paddle
Use the support link in your payment receipt or visit Paddle.net to find the transaction and request a refund. Keep your receipt and order reference so the purchase can be identified.
Report access or technical help
For help opening your report or resolving a technical issue, email fengliucaizifyz@gmail.com. Describe the issue and include an order reference if relevant. Never send passwords, report recovery codes or full payment details.
Your consumer rights
This policy does not restrict statutory withdrawal, refund or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing here overrides any greater protection provided by applicable law or the terms governing the actual purchase.
