Talent Upside is operated by PixelRhythm AI LLC, a company registered in the United States.
Purpose and eligibility
Talent Upside helps adults aged 18 and over reflect on work habits and try small career experiments. Use it for your own exploration. It is not a psychological diagnosis, an ability test, employment screening, or professional career advice.
Your results and choices
Results are based on your own answers and editorial rules. The questions and career weights have not been psychometrically validated. We don’t promise a correct career, job offer, salary or other outcome. Consider your circumstances and other evidence before making a significant decision.
Access and recovery
You can use the assessment without creating an account. Access is associated with a private browser session. Optionally sign in with Google to save reports to your account, or use a recovery code on another device. Anyone who has your recovery code can open the report; keep it safe. Deleted reports and lost recovery codes may not be recoverable.
Current free access and the planned paid report
The complete report is currently free during early access. We are not accepting payments. Free reports can be accessed for 90 days after assessment completion. Taking the free test does not authorize a later charge.
The planned paid offer is USD 12 for a complete report, paid once, with at least 90 days of access from confirmed payment. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. Any applicable taxes and the final total will be shown before payment.
Expired reports are no longer accessible and are removed during subsequent maintenance; expiry does not promise immediate physical deletion. Export information you want to keep.
Before any future paid purchase, checkout will identify the actual payment provider, the report included and the applicable terms. Report access is confirmed only after the provider verifies payment. Read the Pricing page and Refund policy before buying.
If Paddle processes a future purchase, its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy applicable to that transaction will govern refund and withdrawal requests, without limiting consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Responsible use
Don’t submit unlawful, confidential or third-party personal information. Don’t use results to make hiring or other eligibility decisions about another person, misrepresent a practice project as paid experience, or claim Talent Upside certifies your qualifications.
Service availability
Content and features may change as we learn from user feedback. Keep a copy of information important to you. We aim to provide accurate, accessible content but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every career description applies to your market.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits any consumer or privacy rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. You can use the controls in the Privacy center to export or delete the assessment data accessible to your browser.
Payment and report support
For a payment issue, refund request or problem accessing a purchased report, contact fengliucaizifyz@gmail.com. Currently the complete report is free and there are no paid orders. For a future purchase, include the order reference and a description of the problem. Never send passwords, report recovery codes or full payment details, and do not pay again while an earlier payment is being checked.
